Change colors of the controller and buttons

I really would like to customize the colors of my controller similar to that of the xbox design lab, my controller irl has custom colors and I'd like the input display to look the same but sadly I don't know how to edit a css file like that to change the colors.

It would be really good to have the controller fairly transparent while being able to keep the buttons pressed opaque, that way it doesn't obstruct a screen as much and the important inputs can clearly be seen
