I'd like to be able to have a link that I can add to OBS on my streaming PC that shows my controller input on my gaming PC

Many streamers have a dual PC setup having the link to add to your OBS work on your streaming PC while gamepad viewer is open on your gaming PC would make using this a lot more accessible for a lot of streamers especially bigger ones who mainly have dual PC setups.
