No longer functions on OBS 31.0.0 when OBS isn't the active window

The Discord support forum has only ever recommended rolling back OBS to 30.2.3 as a solution thus far. OBS, on their side, merely closed the one issue opened on their Github with "we don't develop Gamepad Viewer, go take it up with them" (paraphrased). It's suspected that an update to the Chromium version OBS uses might be the culprit, though I don't think any devs of GPV have actually begun testing or even trying to address what can be done to restore unfocused OBS 31 compatibility.
