You should be able to change the color of your controller in the Editor! That'd be really cool, and it would make that guy with the purple xbox controller out there be able to make his controller actually purple!

from what i can tell its quite difficult to change the colours of the controller, hopefully it would be possible to make a menu for it since im not really a fan of the ps4 controller colours

THIS! I love the Black Dualsense V2 version, but you can hardly tell when the joysticks are in use. I think having the option to change the color of the outer ring of the stick would solve the problem without having to highlight the entire stick when in movement.
In this example image, the stick on the right has just the outer ring color changed, so you could more clearly tell where the black analog stick is being pushed. The stick on the left has the ring on the stick itself that will move along with the stick when not at resting position. I think either would be super helpful, but both would be great options to have.
